Posted on July 14th, 2010 No commentsThere are a couple of last minute items to mention before the race day 1. Every rider must be either a member of the Ontario Cycling Association, or the Canadian Cycling Association. If you are not a member, you MUST pay the $5 One Day Event Permit Fee to participate. Many people that registered did not pay $5 fee when they signed up for the race. Below are images of the cards that we will be asking for at check-in. If you do not have one of these cards, please have $5 to pay the One Day Membership Fee (if you have not already paid it). You will not be allowed to participate without either the one day fee, or one of the cards below. Citizen Permit UCI Licence

2. Again, please have your bike in working order before arriving at the event. It is not fun waiting for a truck to come get you from 30 km back in the bush. 3. Please plan your food for the length of time you think you will be on the trail. There will be limited availability of apples, oranges and bananas – the rest is up to you! 4. It is still possible to camp at Nature’s Harmony. If you decide to camp at the last minute, you can pay for your camping when you arrive. 5. Directions to the race venue are posted at http://lostintherocks.com/directions 6. Events of this nature do occur without our sponsors. Please support our sponsors in the same way they have been supporting you – by spending money at their place of business. When you do business with them, please thank them and tell them you participate in The Lost in the Rocks and Trees.
